Debian

Debian 6.0 ("squeeze")

Please see SystemNotesDebian6.

Dependencies: You will need to install log4cplus from source, all other dependencies are available as packages.
Installation: BIND 10 will be built from source.

Debian 7.0 ("wheezy")

Please see SystemNotesDebian7.

Dependencies: All dependencies are available as packages.
Installation: BIND 10 will be built from source.

Fedora

Fedora 18 ("Spherical Cow")

Dependencies: All dependencies are available as packages.
Installation: BIND 10 will be built from source.

Mac OS X

OS X 10.8 ("Mountain Lion")

Dependencies: Needed dependencies available via a HomeBrew formula.
Installation: BIND 10 will be built using a HomeBrew formula.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and derivatives

CentOS 6.1

Dependencies: You will have to install Python 3, Botan, and log4cplus from source. Other dependencies are available as packages. Installation: BIND 10 will be built from source.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.3

Dependencies: You will have to install Python 3 and log4cplus from source. Botan and Google Test come from EPEL packages. Other dependencies are available as RHEL packages. Installation: BIND 10 will be built from source.

Ubuntu

Ubuntu 12.04 LTS ("Precise Pangolin")

Building BIND 10 on Windows is still unsupported as of this time.
